All our technicians strictly observe the following 5 Service Rules:

No compromise on manufacturing, installation and maintenance; three for the same goal; more durable, more green.
All the local technicians to be examined by our factory’s original training programme, maintaining the highest standard between pre & post customer service.
Only the factory approved parts, materials, repairing procedure and inspection standard will be used.
Only the exclusive Anti-rust treatment from Japan will be used in our deep-cleansing service.
Provide one-on-one hotline service; all the online enquiries will also be replied by our dedicated customer service team next working day.
